About M3ufy
Advanced settings depend on valid trial/Premium access and the installed build. Some controls appear only when their parent feature is enabled. Why an option may be missing.

Send diagnostics
On by default. Sends a report when the app crashes, a stream fails to play, or sound drifts out of step with picture. Includes the app version, device model and the fault — never your playlist address, username, password or API keys. Turn it off to stop sending anything.
Focus this row and press OK to switch it on or off. Check the displayed state before leaving.
Device report
What this box can decode, and how many screens it allows.
Focus this action and press OK. Review the opened panel or confirmation before proceeding; BACK closes the current dialog.
Send a report to the developer
Sends this app’s own recent log and the list above. Nothing about what you watch, and no playlist details.
Focus this action and press OK. Review the opened panel or confirmation before proceeding; BACK closes the current dialog.
Licenses & Attribution
Data providers, service credits and playback licenses used by this app. Select to view.
Focus this action and press OK. Review the opened panel or confirmation before proceeding; BACK closes the current dialog.
Subscription, Device Key, MAC and security key
Identify the installation and current access. The security key is private; never put it in a public screenshot.
Open About, verify version and access. Send only the identifiers official support specifically needs, privately.
Unlink account (website)
Move the same TV between email accounts without a factory reset. It does not transfer a paid activation to another TV.
In My Account → My Devices on the website, unlink the TV from the old account. Release a five-device slot first if required, then add the same TV under the new email.
