These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of M3ufy Player ("M3ufy", "we", "us"),
the M3ufy website at m3ufy.com, your M3ufy account and any plan you purchase. By installing or using
the app, creating an account, activating a device or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, to
our App Disclaimer and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use M3ufy.
1. The service
M3ufy Player is a media player for Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV and compatible devices. It plays
live TV, films and series from playlists that you provide (M3U / M3U8 links, Xtream Codes
logins or Stalker portals), and offers features such as a TV guide, recording, catch-up, profiles and
synchronisation with services like Trakt.
M3ufy does not provide, host, sell or bundle any channels, streams, films or other content.
Everything you watch comes from sources you choose. See the App Disclaimer.
2. Your content and your responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the playlists, subscriptions, add-ons and other sources you use
with M3ufy, and for making sure you have the right to access, watch and — where you use the
recording or download features — record or store that content.
- You must comply with the laws of your country, including copyright law, when using M3ufy.
- We do not check, control or endorse any content you access through M3ufy, and we are not
responsible for it or for any provider you use.
3. Accounts and devices
- An account is optional. If you create one, the information you give must be accurate, and your
email address must be one you can receive mail at — we may ask you to confirm it with a code.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, and your device's MAC address and device key,
private. Anyone who has both can manage that device.
- A plan applies to the device (or, for multi-device plans, the number of devices) it was bought
for. Seats of a multi-device plan may be moved between the devices on your account.
- We may suspend or block a device or account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or
is involved in a chargeback or payment abuse.
4. Free trial, plans and payment
- Free trial. Every new device gets a free trial (currently 7 days) with every feature, so you
can check that M3ufy works with your device and your playlist before paying.
- Plans. Plans, prices and what each covers are shown on our website at the time of purchase.
Prices are in euro. "Lifetime" means for as long as M3ufy Player is offered by us, on the device(s)
the plan covers; it is not a guarantee that the app will be supported on every device or system
version forever.
- Payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (card, Apple Pay and
Google Pay through our card partner; cryptocurrency through our crypto processor). We never see or
store your card details. A card payment may be converted into cryptocurrency by our partner in
order to reach us — you are paying for M3ufy, not buying cryptocurrency.
- Activation. Your plan is activated automatically once the payment provider confirms the
payment. Nothing renews automatically, and no card is kept on file.
- Resellers. A plan bought through an authorised reseller is subject to these Terms; payment
and refunds for it are handled by that reseller.
5. Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made in
connection with M3ufy Player. By purchasing or activating a plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms
below.
Eligibility for refunds
Refunds may be granted solely at our discretion and only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Refund period: the refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the
original date of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
- Valid grounds: the application contains a verifiable functional defect, or a specific
feature materially fails to perform as explicitly advertised.
Non-refundable circumstances
Because every device gets a free trial to test M3ufy before paying, refunds will not be issued in
the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a functional defect.
- Partial use or non-use of the application or of the plan.
- Compatibility issues arising from unsupported devices, operating systems or modified environments.
- User error, misconfiguration, or failure to follow documented instructions.
- Issues caused by third-party services, IPTV providers, playlists, add-ons, content sources or network
conditions outside of our control — for example a provider that is down, has ended your
subscription or limits your connections.
Review and verification
All refund requests are subject to review and verification. We may ask for additional information,
logs (for example a report sent from Settings → About → "Send a report to the developer") or steps to
reproduce the issue. Failure to provide sufficient information may result in the refund being declined.
Where the issue can be fixed, we may offer a fix instead of a refund.
Method of refund
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible, and in accordance with
the rules of the payment provider concerned. Where the original method cannot receive a refund — for
example some cryptocurrency payments — the refund is made by an equivalent method we agree with you.
Processing times depend on the payment provider. When a refund is issued, the plan it paid for is
cancelled.
Right to refuse or limit refunds
We may refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria above, and limit or deny refunds in cases
of suspected abuse, fraud or repeated refund requests. Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us may
result in the device or account being blocked.
How to request a refund
Send a request from our contact page (topic "Refund request")
and include:
- Proof of purchase — the order number from your receipt email.
- The account email and/or the device key or MAC address the purchase was for.
- A detailed description of the issue encountered.
Changes to this policy
We may modify this Refund Policy at any time; changes take effect when published here. Continued use
of the application after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
In short: try M3ufy free first. Refunds are available within fourteen (14) days of
purchase and only for verified functional issues, subject to review and approval.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use M3ufy to access, record or distribute content you do not have the right to.
- Copy, modify, decompile, repackage, rebrand or redistribute the app, or remove its protections — including
publishing M3ufy under another name or connecting it to a different activation system.
- Resell plans or activations unless you are an authorised M3ufy reseller.
- Attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers or other users' accounts or
devices.
7. Third-party services
M3ufy can connect to services run by others — for example Trakt, TMDB and other metadata services,
subtitle services, add-ons you install, VPN servers, and payment providers. Your use of those services is
governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them, for their availability,
or for content they provide.
8. Availability, warranties and liability
- We work to keep M3ufy reliable and updated, but the app and our services are provided "as is" and
"as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not
guarantee that M3ufy will work with every device, provider or playlist, or without interruption.
- We may change, add or remove features, and release updates, at any time.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss,
or for any loss caused by third-party services or content. Our total liability for any claim relating
to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination and changes
You may stop using M3ufy at any time and delete your data from the
delete my data page. We may suspend access for breaches of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued
use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
