Delete your data

This permanently deletes a device and everything stored for it on M3ufy's servers. It cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• The device registration, its device ID and device key
• Every playlist saved for it, including any provider username and password
• Watch progress and continue-watching history
• Watchlist and favourites
• Any API keys you entered

What is kept

Records of subscription credits that were spent are kept as a billing audit trail, but the device ID and device key in them are replaced with “deleted”. Nothing that identifies you remains.

Where to find your details

On your TV, open Settings → About. The MAC Address and Device Key are listed there.
